Mark Thompson here: for years now, I've been coaching friends and family to help them achieve their personal fitness goal, including a first-time marathon runner and a novice biker to do a 400+ mile bicycle ride. I tailor plans for each individual, taking into account their experience, level of fitness, and personal goals. I make it work, and motivate each one to achieve something they'd only dreamed of.

 

Achieve: Be Fit! got started in Denver in August 2013. Right now I'm working with a select number of clients with the goals of improving muscle tone, losing weight, and increasing stamina. 

 

I am currently accepting new clients, including individuals, small groups, and corporate accounts. 

 

Individual and small group workouts are 45 minutes to one hour in length.

 

Corporate fitness programs can range from 30 to 90 minutes.
